“You’re Welcome America. A Final Night With George W. Bush,” a one-man Broadway show starring Irvine’s favorite son, Will Ferrell, will air on HBO sometime next spring. HBO is a producing partner for the stage show, which will begin previews at Broadway’s Cort Theater next Jan. 20 — Inauguration Day — and open on Feb. 5. The HBO live broadcast will probably happen sometime toward the end of the show’s New York run in March.
Read a recent Register interview with Ferrell.
i guess after a career of failed movies, Ferrell is once again trying to appeal to the nutty left who hate Bush in hopes of gaining some points.
Wow OCVoice, that’s bitterness if I ever saw it. Could it be that perhaps his “brand” of humor does not appeal to you and perhaps perception of “failed” versus “successful” in the movie world is skewed by bitterness?
Ferrell is hilarious…. Get use to the “nutty” left bozo, the right has done enough damage!! Name one thing that the right has done right in the last eight years and then we’ll talk.
Let’s see… “Stepbrothers” (2008): $100.5 million; “Blades of Glory” (2007): $118.5 million; “Taladega Nights” (2006): $148.2 million. Yup, ocvoice, he’s a real failure at the box office.
Oops, I meant “Talladega”
Reminding people of what W did during his presidency should never be stopped.
we will forever be constantly reminded of americas worst decision on electing him president for the first 4 and then lying the last 4 to get him back, thank God its almost over with.
