The folks in the crowded newsroom of The Detritus Review live and breathe to tear classical music critics limb from limb. Usually (at least from what I’ve seen), the music critics subjected to their merciless yet witty dissection are from small market newspapers. Easy pickin’, you might say.
One of the Detritus’s latest posts, though, takes apart a review of the Emerson String Quartet written by a well known critic at the Philadelphia Inquirer. Very funny. Also, if you have a moment, check this other surgical strike out.
